Hathaway's Drive-In wants to partner with your not-for-profit organization and help you raise money by letting you use, free of charge, our drive-in lawn for your outdoor fund raising activity.  Host a Flea Market, Carnival, Car Show, Community Tag Sale, etc.  Be creative, have fun, draw a crowd.

WHAT DO YOU DO? IT'S EASY.

Select a day, providing it's not already being used, and reserve our field from the hours of 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday - Thursday, or 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday - Sunday.

WHAT'S SO SPECIAL?

Hathaway's Drive-In has a 6 acre fenced-in field that provides generous activity and parking space for your event.  The field is secure in that foot and vehicle traffic is tightly controlled by specific gates.  This allows you to easily monitor admission if you are charging an entrance or parking fee.

WAIT, THERE'S MORE...

Hathaway's has separate indoor mens and womens restrooms for your guests convenience.  That's right, no porta-john to rent or deal with...yay!

"SHOW ME THE MONEY"

It's really up to you.  You can charge an admission fee to the event, charge a parking fee for cars, let folks in for free but charge vendors for their selling space in the field, etc.  Since your cost to use Hathaway's field is free, you keep 100% of any revenue.

THE FINE PRINT

The only restriction we have is that your organization cannot sell or distribute any consumable food or beverages on the theatre grounds or admit a vendor or other individual to sell or distribute any consumable food or beverages. Our snack bar is fully equipped to cater to everyone's consumable food needs. Consumable foods are those that are ready to eat when purchased.  Thanks for understanding.

ONE MORE THING

You are required to have adequate staff on hand at all times to manage your event. Hathaway's Drive-In employees cannot provide any assistance with the operation of your fund raiser.  Hathaway's Drive-In will also require you to provide evidence of adequate liability insurance coverage for your activity and volunteers.
